CUSTOMIZED CARE

Chiropractic Bartlett IL Regnerative Medicine

Treatment will include customized care plans that focus on pain relief, as well as improving a patient’s overall strength and stamina. The medically integrated model of healthcare allows Olympia to provide immediate results while focusing on long term goals of addressing the underlying root of a patient’s problem.

Efficient and effective procedures such as joint and soft tissue injections can be performed in office to lower pain and inflammation, as well as allowing the damaged tissue to begin the healing process.

REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

Regenerative medicine is focused on developing and applying new treatments to heal tissues and restore function lost due to acute or chronic injury. This integration goes beyond injury management to combine proven effective treatment measures with cutting-edge research that supports the body in repairing, regenerating and restoring the body to a state of well-being.

TREATMENT OPTIONS

Advancements in alternative patient care across a broad scope of multidisciplinary healthcare providers allow Olympia the ability to help patients from a wide range of treatment options. Please review the list below and discuss with one of our physicians if regenerative medicine is an option to be included in your treatment course of care.

  • PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Injections:  concentration of patient’s own platelets to accelerate the healing of injured tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints. PRP injections use each individual patient’s own healing system to improve musculoskeletal conditions. Indicated for shoulders/knees, damaged or injured muscle, as well as intra-articular joint spaces.
  • Hyaluronic Acid Injections:  a naturally occurring substance found in the body’s joints. It is a natural lubricant and shock absorber that helps to cushion the joints and aid in a smooth movement. Indicated for arthritic knees and joints, damaged or inflamed intra-articular joint spaces (knees, ankles, shoulders, hip).
  • Trigger Point Injections:  localized injections (lidocaine), which blocks pain receptors in muscles. Relax/decompress muscles, as well as calm and soothes surrounding nerve irritation. Indicated for localized muscle groups (neck and upper back, lower back, shoulders, and lateral hip complex).
  • Biological Injections:  supportive injections that focus on joint, tendon, ligament, and musculoskeletal growth factors. The biological materials create an optimal path to rebuilding and repairing of injury sites that optimize tissue healing. Indicated for soft tissue and joint repair.
