RESPONSILITIES INCLUDE:

• Consult with patients and assess their medical condition by reviewing their medical history and performing a physical examination
• Evaluate patient's neuro-musculoskeletal systems using chiropractic diagnosis
• Conduct tests and review x-rays
• Perform adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body either manually or using Pro-Adjustor
• Educate patients on the quality-of- life benefits of chiropractic care and provide recommended treatment plans
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients

Olympia Chiropractic and Physical Therapy is a family-based practice with an emphasis on sports medicine. Originally opened in 1997, we now have 4 locations throughout the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

Our mission is to treat as many people as possible without the use of unnecessary drugs or surgery. Our multi-disciplinary approach addresses the structural as well as the functional issues of our patients. We combine chiropractic treatment with physical therapy, massage therapy, and athletic training.

This post is for a full-time licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Candidate must have an active Illinois license (or be in the process of applying for their license). The ideal PTA for this position is an outgoing, passionate person who works well within a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Progressing patient’s plan of treatment that has been established by the physical therapist
• Frequent communication with supervising PT regarding appropriate treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and potential discharge for patients
• Document all treatment in patient charts and complete all written communication promptly: progress notes, daily S.O.A.P notes and discharge summaries

We are looking for a passionate and talented massage therapist to join our successful team. Olympia Chiropractic and Physical Therapy is a multi-disciplinary healthcare team with Chiropractors, physical therapists, PTAs, athletic trainers, and massage therapists. Olympia has state-of-the-art facilities with multiple locations throughout the western suburbs of Chicago.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide therapeutic bodywork and massage through a variety of trained modalities
• Work closely with doctors and physical therapists on direct patient care

Requirements: Must hold an active license in Illinois
Average 20-29 hours per week, some evening hours required
$1.000 signing bonus

We currently have an opening at our Sycamore location for a full-time technician in our Physical Therapy Department. Monday-Friday, morning and evening shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assist Doctors and Physical Therapist Assistants by taking patients through their exercises and activities.
• Maintain the treatment area and facility.
• Set up patients on modalities and equipment.
• Provide extraordinary customer care to all patients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience in healthcare/PT preferred. This is the perfect position for a recent graduate or someone pursuing a degree in the healthcare/PT field.
